Is Cambridge Human Resources a staffing agency?
Cambridge Human Resources, whilst providing experienced and expert HR people to help deliver our products and services and implement the solutions to your HR issues, do not supply clients with temporary or permanent HR staff.

An ex-employee has made a complaint against us to the Employment Tribunals. Can you represent us at the Tribunal hearings?
The people at Cambridge Human Resources deal with both internal and Employment Tribunal complaints. We manage and prepare cases to ensure our clients are in the strongest position possible to defend themselves.
As our client, we work with you and our trusted employment law specialists, DMH Stallard, to ensure the best possible representation is available to you at hearings, but we’re also ready to work with your own lawyers if you prefer. Whichever option you choose for your representation, we won’t add anything on to your legal fees, and you can pay them directly or through us.
We are about to implement new flexible working arrangements for all our staff. How do I write and roll out a new policy for my managers and staff to adopt and understand?
Our extensive experience of employment contract, staffing documentation and policy development and implementation is second to none. We can provide you with brand new employment contracts, staffing documentation, and policies and procedures tailored specifically for your organisation, or if you prefer we can work with you to update and amend your existing policies and we’ll then help you implement and communicate them effectively to your managers and staff.
