Employer liability for employee's wrongdoings
The HR Director magazine looks at two cases that help shed some light on the circumstances that may be taken into account when determining the extent to which an employer may be held to be vicariously liable for the actions of its employee, and provides a salutary warning to employers on the extent to which the circumstances of their employee's actions can be said to be employment related.
